The BAS studio is still closed but at the next Committee meeting on October 9th we will be considering ways we can safely open up, assuming that the government’s target of 70% full vaccination has been met. In line with government restrictions on freer access being given only to those with full vaccination, all participants in workshops and studio groups, as well as tutors, life models and casual use members must provide evidence of their double vaccinated status if using the studio or attending workshops.
Feedback on this policy was requested in the most recent Newsletter and will be accepted up until October 8th.
OCTOBER EXHIBITION AND BEYOND
Due to the lack of a volunteer coordinator and COVID uncertainty, the Committee has decided the prudent course is to cancel the upcoming October exhibition. We still need people to step forward for next year’s exhibition program. With the help of the most recent coordinator Cathy Wood, the Committee is updating and improving the information and processes for exhibition organisers.
