Jan is inspired by many things and the many different places she has lived. She currently lives in the Blue Mountains and nature is an ongoing reference source in her works. As a printmaker, she has had residencies in Italy, Ireland and the UK. As a teacher, she hopes her passion for printmaking inspires her students. She often combines her prints with found objects and in the pages of artist’s books.

Jan regularly exhibits her work throughout NSW and her works are held in private collections both here and overseas.
