Colour Mastery with Michael Herron

This workshop is all about understanding colour as an artist.

Working with still life and landscape as our subject matter, we will play and experiment with colour theory for the whole weekend.

We’ll be painting a grey scale, and a colour scale, painting with just two opposite colours, understanding how to use a complimentary counterpoint and painting in monochrome.

We will start to lay out and organise colour as shades, tones and tints on our palette to help us paint vibrant, unexpected fresh new work.

Workshop dates:
Saturday 15th February + Sunday 16th February 2025
Workshop structure
: Both days 10am-4pm
Tickets (prices are for both days): Members Early Bird (if booked before 12 Jan) $230, Members $260, Non-members $285

We use the Humanitix ticketing platform to help us manage our workshops and classes. Humanitix charge a booking fee which we split with you 50/50. Humanitix is a registered charity and 100% of their profits go to social impact projects with a particular focus on closing the education gap.
